Who’s behind it? – The Mekong Club (2019)

How can it help? – The Mekong Club Transparency in Supply Chains (TISC) tool provides an overview of the key considerations in preparing and publishing transparency in supply chain statements. It aims to assist companies to address their obligations for reporting under any of the current enacted laws, which require public statements to be made, in a comprehensive and compliant manner.

The Tool consists of (1) a Legislation at a Glance page, which provides an overview of key requirements and (2) individual flowcharts providing detailed information for each of the relevant Acts. As new Acts are passed, they will be added to this tool. This is a beta version – the Mekong Club is seeking feedback from users on both layout and content.
