How can it help? – AIM-PROGRESS contracted law firm Ropes & Gray to undertake regular reviews of this legal landscape. The first edition provides an overview of the current legal landscape regarding Human Rights, with focus on disclosure, due diligence, remediation and trade. The added value of this particular exercise lies in the implementation diagrams which have been added to each piece of legislation to illustrate whether and how the law applies to the company in question.
The document will be updated twice a year, with the next update foreseen for the autumn.
