The Human Rights Guide to the SDGs

Who’s behind it? – The Danish Institute for Human Rights (2016)

How can it help? – The Danish Institute for Human Rights has developed this Human Rights Guide to the SDGs to illustrate the link between all the 17 SDGs and existing human rights standards. The resource finds that 156 of the 169 SDG targets (91%) are directly linked to human rights instruments and labor standards, underlining the fact that human rights and the SDGs are tied together in a mutually reinforcing way.

The guide is built as an interactive platform to allow users to filter and select particular SDGs and target, and explore what human rights they are aligned with. The guide is available in six languages including English, French, Spanish, Danish, Chinese, Arabic and Russian.
