How can it help? – The IHRB’s annual top 10 list of business & human rights issues is a useful resource to look out for when trying to keep abreast of the fast-evolving human rights landscape. Developing effective mechanisms to ensure the right to remedy was a key area of focus for the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights and the UN Forum on Business and Human Rights in 2017. Therefore, the 2018 edition of the IHRB’s list looks at five key issues where there are significant remedy gaps and highlights five key developments aiming to close those gaps.
