Summary:
To operate with respect for human rights, companies need to ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to give effect to the company’s human rights commitments.
During this online workshop, we discussed and shared tools and approaches to build effective training and capability building programs. We focused on strengthening senior leadership commitment, raising awareness across the company and providing relevant teams with more in-depth training opportunities.
