Summary:
Engaging with stakeholders is key to developing and implementing effective approaches to identify and manage human rights risks and issues.During this webinar we will discuss and share different approaches to engaging effectively with stakeholders. We will focus on engaging with indigenous and other local communities, and explore practical challenges relating to FPIC. We will also explore different approaches to implementing grievance processes, and how these can be used to identify and understand – as well as resolve – human rights issues.
